Brittany hails from Reading, Pennsylvania. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration. To further her healthcare journey, she moved to Northern Virginia after graduation and joined Nirschl Orthopaedic Center. She is dedicated to enhancing patient experiences and quality of care. She is proud to be very detail-oriented, compassionate, and can handle any high-pressure situations. Her overall goal is to help patients and doctors have clear processes and communication styles to support patient care and efficiency.

Elisa Ellington

Administrative Assistant

Elisa was born in Southern California but grew up and spent most of her life in Northern Virginia. She is a fan of all kinds of sports. She played soccer and enjoys watching any sporting event. She also loves cooking and discovering new places to eat. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor's in Psychology and Minors in Chemistry and Biology. She has a deep appreciation for the sciences and enjoys helping patients every step of the way toward their treatment goals.
